These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of JSuite’s Services. By subscribing, accessing, or participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

JSuite provides newsletters, online content, private community access, and related events. We may add, modify, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility and Membership

JSuite is a professional community dedicated to connecting Jewish business professionals and fostering collaboration within the global Jewish business community. Participation signifies alignment with this mission and acknowledgment of the community’s shared identity and values. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit, suspend, or remove any participant whose conduct or participation is inconsistent with the purpose or integrity of the community.

4. User Accounts and Submissions

By subscribing or submitting information, you represent that all data you provide is accurate and that you have authority to share it.
You may voluntarily submit content (e.g., introductions, job postings, company information) via designated forms. By doing so, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish, distribute, and display such content in newsletters, events, or related media. Private communications (e.g., WhatsApp groups) are excluded from this license.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain Services may require payment through third-party processors such as Stripe or Beehiiv. All payments are final; no refunds are provided. By purchasing, you agree to their separate terms and policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All JSuite content—including text, graphics, logos, videos, and compilations—is owned or licensed by the Company and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content without prior written consent.

7. Sponsored Content and Affiliates

Some articles, events, or newsletters may include sponsored content or affiliate links. The Company may receive compensation for such partnerships. All opinions expressed are those of JSuite and not necessarily of its partners.

8. Events, Recordings, and Publicity

By attending a JSuite event (in-person or virtual), you consent to photography, video recording, and promotional use of your likeness for legitimate business purposes. If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please notify the Company in writing before the event.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
